The Parousya SDK can be used in both iOS and Android apps to simplify the process of integrating Bluetooth technology into your brand app. It handles all of the technical challenges associated with Bluetooth technology, such as managing multiple zone entry and exit events, so you don't require any prior experience with Bluetooth coding or environmental issue remediation. With the Parousya SDK, you can easily add automated check-in, in-person customer and brand sessions, and check-out functions to your app by simply selecting the points in your workflow where these actions should be triggered. |
Default check-in configuration settings
After you have added your brand app to the Parousya Customer Portal, you have the option to use the default automatic check-in model template or customize it to fit your specific needs. This customization allows you to set up trigger settings for automatic check-ins, host and customer sessions, and check-outs. For instance, you can set up the automatic check-in to trigger when the brand app is within 10 meters of a Bluetooth zone and has been present for more than 5 seconds, which can help distinguish between passing by individuals and actual customers. |
Real-time online dashboard with data export
The Parousya Customer Portal offers a dashboard that allows you to monitor and analyze real-time customer activity and events, such as live and historical customer visits, check-ins, host and customer sessions, and check-outs. You can drill down into the events to view real-time and historical foot traffic, one-time versus returning customers, GPS and in-store location data for all check-ins, sessions, and check-out events. |
A single interface to review your in-person analytics and quickly tune your trigger settings
The Parousya Customer Portal allows you to easily search for and review your in-person analytics in order to make adjustments to your automatic check-in model template without the need for app code changes or the need to continually release code to test new trigger settings. All a brand app user needs to do is relaunch the app to pick up the changes to the automatic check-in model. |
