Parousya SDK
Parousya ACIS operates with the Parousya SDK suitable for both iOS and Android apps. The Parousya SDK takes care of all the technology challenges inherent in BLE Beacon technology such as managing unreliable and multiple beacon entry and exit events. You simply integrate the Parousya SDK into your brand app, select the locations in your workflow to trigger the automatic (1) check-in, (2) customer and brand in-person session and (3) check-out. No previous BLE beacon coding or environmental issues remediation (e.g. iBeacon hard coded 30-second timeout, 20-region monitoring limit) experience is required. |
Default check-in configuration settings
Once your brand app credentials are added and hosted in the Parousya ACIS Portal, you can use the default automatic check-in model template or customise as required to setup your trigger settings for (1) automatic check-ins, (2) customer with brand sessions and (3) check-outs. For example, you can setup the automatic check-in to occur if the band app is in an immediate beacon Bluetooth range and present for greater than 5 seconds separating passers by and visitors. |
Real-time online dashboard with data export
The Parousya ACIS Portal provides a real-time dashboard to view and evaluate real-time customer activity and events such as live and historical customer and brand sessions, visitors, check-ins and sessions. You can deep dive into the events to view real-time and historical foot traffic, One-Time vs Returning Customers, GPS and in-store location data for all check-ins, sessions and check-out events. |
A single interface to review your in-person analytics and quickly tune your trigger settings
Using the Parousya ACIS Portal you can easily search and review your in-person analytics to audit automatic check-in model template settings. The Parousya ACIS Portal allows for tuning your model template without the need for app code changes and continual code releases to test new trigger settings. A mobile app user only needs to relaunch the app to have these settings take effect. |
